28th Sunday in Ordinary Time
What can be happier than a wedding feast? Abundance and joy awaits those who accept the invitation. God eagerly desires to share a good meal with the whole of humanity, without distinction of class and race. There is a need to respond to the invitation. If people turn down the invitation because they are busy about many things and cannot see what is important, it is their loss. If people accept, they must be properly disposed. Acceptance of the invitation involves acceptance of change not just of an outer garment but the inner garment of way of life.
